The Harry Reasonover Award is the highest award given to an individual Lion of District 2-S3 and is named for one of the delegates from the Austin Lions Club who was present at the first Convention of Lions Clubs International. Nomination is made by vote of the membership of the candidate’s club. The selection is based on the outstanding service rendered by the candidate over his/her years of membership in District 2-S3. A plaque is donated and presented by the West Austin Lions Club at the District Convention.
